Mentorship Program

This program is designed to be flexible, giving mentors and mentees the autonomy to determine how often they meet or communicate, based on their schedules and preferences. There are no strict time commitments or expectations, and GASPPA will not actively oversee your mentorship. This allows you the freedom to structure the relationship in a way that aligns with your goals and works best for all participants.

These tools are entirely optional and can be used on an individual basis if you find them helpful. They are designed to help your mentorship relationship get off to a strong start and develop smoothly over time.
